You must complete all sections of this document before submitting it with your application.

Use this form if you have to change any personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, address or phone number, you must inform VU by submitting this form along with any required supporting documentation (certified copies or originals).

Use this form if your course is not available for online enrolment.

If you're a VU student, use this form to apply to undertake subjects at another institution that will contribute to the completion of your VU course.

If you're not a VU student, use this form to apply to study a unit at VU that will be counted towards your course at another institution.

If you're not a VU student, use this form to apply to study a single higher education single subject that does not contribute to a course (non-award enrolment).

Use this form if you have an 'invalid' status for a unit (meaning you cannot be enrolled in that unit due to not meeting prerequisite or corequisite requirements, or having already completed the unit) and believe you should be enrolled in the unit.

International students must use this form to permanently discontinue (withdraw from) your VU course.

International students must use this form to apply for a leave of absence.

International students must use this form if you want to request a reduced study load.

International students who have not completed six months in their principal course, must use this form if you require a letter of release to transfer from Victoria University to another provider.

International students must use this form to request an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment.

International students must use this form to apply for remission of fees.

The Refund of international student fees application form, along with Course Discontinuation Form and International Student Release must be completed and forwarded to  [email protected] .

Special consideration is available if unexpected circumstances affect your ability to complete an assessment, or if you need an assessment extension longer than 5 days and must be applied within 3 business day of the assessment due date.
