During your time at VU Sydney you may be required to fill out a form related to your studies.
Application

Enrolment

Application for leave of absence – international students use this form to apply for a leave of absence. - Cross-institutional application – A41

Use this form if you have an 'invalid' status for a unit (meaning you cannot be enrolled in that unit due to not meeting prerequisite or corequisite requirements, or having already completed the unit) and believe you should be enrolled in the unit. - Non award Unit of Study application/enrolment (higher education) – A42

Higher Education students should only use this form if your course is not available for online enrolment. - Course discontinuation (withdrawal) - A40
Use this form to permanently discontinue (withdraw from) your VU course.
Fees (refunds)
Refunds are processed centrally by the ECA Refunds team for all refund applications.
A refund cannot be processed unless a student has also submitted a Course Discontinuation Form. A student seeking to transfer before completing 6 months of study will also need to submit an application for International Student Release.
The Refund of international student fees application form, along with Course Discontinuation Form and International Student Release must be completed and forwarded to .
VU Sydney student refund requests are processed according to the VU International Refund Policy.

Onshore students use this form if you are studying in Australia, are unable to submit the online version of the form and any of your assessment is impacted due to illness or other circumstances.
