Sam has received an email from VU telling her that she is making Unsatisfactory Academic Progress. This is VU’s way of checking in with you, because there are serious consequences for repeated failure - like being excluded from your course. So Sam visited the ‘Getting help’ webpage. She filled in an Academic Action Plan. And she made a booking to see a student advisor.
