Mindfulness: A curious look – free workshop

Come along to our free student workshops to learn how to handle the demands of university and work life.
This interactive workshop facilitated by VU Counsellor Jennifer Halat will introduce you to mindfulness. Learn ways to enhance your experience of life and deal better with stress. Specific techniques will be shown as well as an introduction to mindful meditation.
After you successfully complete the workshop you will be provided with a certificate of attendance.
