VU wins national customer service award

Victoria University’s Student Contact and Services Centre has this week won a national award for best practice in tertiary education management.

The Co-op Award for Excellence in Student Administration and Customer Service recognises the outstanding effort of staff across the University who have collaborated to improve our performance in creating a more responsive and student-centred culture at VU.

The Best Practice Awards are offered each year by The Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM). ATEM is the pre-eminent professional body in Australasia for tertiary education administrators and managers. Running for the fourth time in 2015, the awards have now become a central measure of excellence among the wider tertiary education sector.

The Co-op Award for Excellence in Student Administration and Customer Service won by VU is sponsored by ATEM and Campus Review and rewards VU for its Customer Service Framework around the shared services model.
