Nicky is a passionate educator who enjoys combining her corporate experience with her love of teaching. Prior to joining VU Nicky worked in the area of Human Resources (HR) primarily in the Financial Sector. Her experience in both line management and strategic HR roles in organisations such as ANZ feed into her curriculum development and teaching. Nicky understands the importance of maintaining close contacts with industry which has culminated in her managing programs such as the highly successful VU/Bendigo Bank Charity Challenge.
Nicky is the Unit Coordinator for Professional Development 3 (PD3) in Melbourne and multiple off-shore sites. She enjoys the challenge of ensuring the PD3 curriculum is kept relevant and engaging for PD3 student cohorts around the globe.
