Jeff is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business. He has had an extensive career as a CEO in tourism and as a director on a large number of tourism related boards. His previous roles include CEO of AAA Tourism, CEO of Tourism Victoria, CEO of Parks Victoria, and Director of the Co-operative Research Centre in Sustainable Tourism.

He currently runs a successful consulting business advising clients on strategy across both the private and public sectors. He is also the Chair of Phillip Island Nature Parks, one of Australia’s most significant eco-tourism businesses.
