Apply for a special admission program to boost your chances of getting into your dream course.

Special admission programs at VU include equity schemes that give special consideration to your circumstances, as well as our early-entry program.

Equity schemes are designed to help applicants from disadvantaged or underrepresented social, economic and cultural backgrounds. A successful application may mean that you are offered a course-place despite having a lower ATAR selection rank or study score than otherwise required.

We also offer admissions support for refugees applying for a practical TAFE course, and First Nations students.

Equity schemes (SEAS)

Boost your uni entry score by applying for equity schemes (SEAS) via VTAC or directly to VU. There four categories, including personal information and remote location, financial hardship, medical/disability and difficult personal circumstances. You can apply for as many as are relevant to you.
