Victoria University students are invited to an online forum to discuss ways in which the VU community can respond to the many challenges impacting upon the health of communities and the planet.

Students are at the core of what we do and your suggestions on how we can strengthen and further our commitment to planetary health are critical. This is an opportunity for students to join the conversation about the kind of world we want for our future.

The forum will be held online via Zoom on Friday 29 May from 2pm to 3pm.

It will include:

  • a presentation by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research Corinne Reid
  • the opportunity to ask questions and comment on the University’s sustainable practices and partnerships
  • the chance for participants to work in groups on proposals on how VU can ramp up its contribution to planetary health.

On registration, students will go on a list of participants in the forum and will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting closer to the date.

Please make sure to register using a student email address.
