Come along to our information session for Year 9 and 10 students to learn how to launch a career in the outdoors!

Victoria University is proud to be partnering with Outdoors Victoria to host day of hands-on workshops, information and fun for Year 9 and 10 students.

Throughout the day, students will discover how to excel in their future career by studying Outdoor Education.

Activities & information sessions

The day will begin with an address by Outdoors Victoria CEO Mark Dingle. You will then have the opportunity to take part in a range of information sessions and activities.

Take advantage of the many great opportunities the day offers:

  • Explore career paths in outdoor recreation and activity, outdoor education, nature-based therapy and nature-based tourism.
  • Attend tailor-made workshops with a range of inspiring leaders in the outdoors industry.
  • Meet employers in outdoor organisations.
  • Learn through hands-on activities.

Education & career opportunities

As the only metro university offering a Bachelor of Outdoors Education and Environmental Science, and Australia’s only provider of a block learning first year model, Victoria University can set you up for career success in this unique field.
