VU's School of Service Industries: Hospitality will be drawing on all program streams to create a night to delight your senses.

Our team of trainees invite you to join us for our degustation dinner celebrating all things Asian. 

While our industry specialists' guiding our budding chefs in the commercial training kitchens, our Tourism and Events students will be creating the atmosphere worthy of China town.

The students, under the watchful eyes of the teaching staff, will be producing a degustation feast with Asian persuasion.

Cha Ca classic Vietnamese fish with turmeric and dill

Crispy fried belly pork, sweet soy glaze, pork floss, micro coriander

Slow braised pork hock, Black vinegar, Thai cucumber relish

Pork and quail san choi bau

  Szechwan Duck
 

Spicy Szechwan Duck breast, apple slaw, coconut steamed rice

  Chef's Dessert
  Rambutan crème, black sticky rice, Durian ice cream, puffed rice

VenU is also open for lunch, dinner and small meetings weekdays during University term dates. Dinner is served from 6.30pm with a two course meal only $22.00 per personBookings are essential
