VU bootcamp

VU bootcamp is a fun and challenging way to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a group setting using both indoor and outdoor facilities.
Our bootcamp is a military style program designed to test you mentally and physically, but will be tailored to suit your fitness level. Various forms of equipment and resistance are used - not just standard barbells from the gym!
You'll need to make a 12 session commitment (that's twice a week for six weeks). Your commanders will help you challenge your limits during every 60 minute session.
Boredom won't be an issue as no two sessions are the same.Your challenges may include: climbing hills with logs, flipping tractor tyres through mud, running through trees with rope and much more.
