Updated packages for body balance classes

Bodybalance is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Like all the  LES MILLSâ„¢ programs, a new bodybalance class is released every three months with new music and choreography, so this is the 52nd release.

To celebrate the new release, Sport and Health are running special prices to anyone who would like to join a class.

  • If you already have a gym membership, you can bring a friend for free entry
  • If you don't have a gym membership, you can get two entries for the price of one
  • Buy a 10 session multi pass and get 1 free class OR
  • Buy a 20 session multi pass and get 3 free classes

Classes will be held at the following times:

Monday 4 April - 1.05pm
Monday 4 April - 6.30pm
Wednesday 6 April - 1.05pm
Wednesday 6 April - 7pm
Saturday 9th April - 10am
