Associate Professor Kitty te Riele, Principal Research Fellow at the Victoria Insitute, appeared recently on the Channel 10 program 'The Project'.
Kitty's research focusses on alternative programs and schools that re-engage disadvantaged young people with learning.
The story featured the 'Hands on Learning Program' which currently runs in 21 schools in Victoria, helping students who are most at risk of leaving school early.
