
Assessing childcare affordability in Australia
Childcare is currently unaffordable for 386,000 Australian families or 39% of families who use childcare, a new report from Victoria University’s Mitchell Institute shows.
Ms Noble is a former Education Policy Fellow at the Mitchell Institute, who works in early childhood education and care and schools policy.
She has a keen interest in tackling complex policy challenges in pursuit of social and environmental justice.
Prior to joining the Mitchell Institute, she worked on policy and strategy as a State Government Policy and Parliamentary Advisor. She has also advised on governance and human rights at the BBC’s international development arm in London.
She holds a masters in international relations and a bachelor degree in journalism.
