Joanne Finn lectures in Nursing. She has held several roles since starting at Victoria University in 2010, including Clinical Engagement Coordinator for the former School of Nursing & Midwifery.
She has strong interest in clinical experience of students, clinical education and has contributed to the development of the new Bachelor of Nursing curriculum. With a passion that draws on her critical care background, Jo enjoys teaching into Acute Care, Clinical Experience, Cardiothoracic Nursing and Paediatric Nursing units.
Jo is currently undertaking her PhD exploring Critical Care Nurses perceptions of CPD and social accountability.
