Overview

Project managers today face ill-defined and complex problems. Success in modern project management requires mastery of crucial skills including problem identification, evidence-based research, and clear communication of findings. This unit enables students to undertake applied research that addresses real-world project management challenges, developing their ability to critically evaluate problems and propose effective solutions. Students will apply and synthesise knowledge to investigate a contemporary research problem, contributing to evidence-based project management scholarship.
