Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) Scholarships
The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) offers a range of scholarships to prospective students studying undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses at Australian universities.
These scholarships are managed through the Vietnamese International Education Development (VIED) office.

Are you eligible?
These awards are for all higher education levels of study and Vietnamese students who are in receipt of one of these prestigious scholarships are able to study many of VU's undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
How to apply?
- Apply for the Scholarship to MOET
- Received an offer of a Scholarship from MOET.
- Apply to study at Victoria University using our online application system.
- Provide Victoria University with your Financial Guarantee from MOET
- Receive an eCOE from Victoria University
- Apply for a student visa

Applications are submitted throughout the year, for entry into this and subsequent years.
