Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) Scholarships

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offers a range of scholarship programs through its various Ministries, universities and organisations.  The largest scholarship program for Saudi Arabian students is the King Abdullah Scholarship Program which sponsors highly qualified Saudi students to study at universities in Australia. 

These scholarships are managed in Australia through the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) in Canberra.

Saudi Arabian students who have received of one of these prestigious scholarships are able to study many of VU's ELICOS, TAFE, undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

How to apply

  1. Apply to study at Victoria University using our online application system. 
  2. Receive an offer from Victoria University
  3. Apply for the Scholarship at the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission.  
  4. Receive your financial guarantee from the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission
  5. Send your financial guarantee to Victoria University
  6. Receive an eCOE from Victoria University
  7. Apply for a student visa

Key dates for scholarship applications

You can submit an application for entry into 2013 and subsequent years. 

SACM will advise students if they have been successful in being awarded a scholarship.
