Ministry of Higher Education awards are for undergraduate and postgraduate study and Malaysian students who are in receipt of one of these prestigious scholarships are able to study many of VU's undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
How to apply
- Apply to Victoria University using our online application system.
- Receive an offer from Victoria University
- Apply for the Scholarship to the Ministry of Higher Education
- Receive a Financial Guarantee from MOHE and provide this to Victoria University
- Receive an eCOE from Victoria University
- Apply for a student visa
