If you have received one of these prestigious scholarships from the Kuwaiti government you can study an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Victoria University.   

How to apply?

1. Apply to the Kuwaiti Cultural Office for the Scholarship. 
2. Receive an offer for a scholarship from the Kuwaiti Cultural Office
3. Work with the Kuwait Cultural Office to apply to study at Victoria University.
4. Victoria University receives your financial guarantee from the Kuwaiti Cultural Office
5. Receive an eCOE from Victoria University
6. Apply for a student visa

Key dates for scholarship applications

Applications are submitted throughout the year, for entry into this and subsequent years.  The Kuwaiti Cultural Office will advise when you have been successfully awarded a scholarship.
