These awards are for postgraduate research study only, predominately at the PhD level.

How to apply?

  1. Apply for one of the DIKTI Scholarships via your home university or directly through DIKTI. 
  2. Receive a letter of support from DIKTI
  3. Apply to Victoria University using our online application system. 
  4. Receive an offer from Victoria University
  5. Receive a Financial Guarantee from DIKTI and provide this to Victoria University
  6. Receive an eCOE from Victoria University
  7. Apply for a student visa
