Take care of your health and wellbeing at VU

We have a health adviser at VU who can provide advice, information and referrals.

A selection of wellbeing resources and massage services are also available to help you find the assistance you need to stay healthy.

Dermal Clinic
We provide treatments that are typically performed by qualified dermal (skin) clinicians in private dermatology, plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery practices
Healthcare providers
Contact the VU health adviser to make an appointment, or find out more about the doctors and other health services closest to your campus.
Massage clinics and services
Check out our range of massage services, including relaxation, therapeutic, sports, or remedial.
Nutrition Clinic
We use nutritional therapy to improve digestion, boost energy levels and immunity and reduce stress. We aim to help you maintain and enhance your health and wellbeing and improve your performance in sport, at work and in every day life through nutrition.
Osteopathy Clinic
We provide massage, joint manipulation, joint mobilisation, exercise rehabilitation, and general health care advice for a variety of problems.
Psychology Clinic
We provide assessment and counselling treatment, and help people develop skills needed to function better and to prevent problems in everyday life.

 

First aid

First aid officers are available on each campus.  The Occupational and Health and Safety section on our intranet details the first aiders list and provides the guidelines to first aid at VU.
