During your time at University you may, from time to time, be required to fill out a form related to your studies.
You should read the Students Information Privacy Collection Statement before completing any forms. For more information please refer to the University Privacy Policy.
This section contains VU direct application forms, course indexes and supplementary information forms.
For the Semester 1 2010 intake all applicants for courses whose application method is through VTAC, must submit their course application online via the VTAC website rather than directly to VU.*
Consult the relevant VTAC course entry and complete all requirements listed. VTAC applicants should only complete and submit a Victoria University Direct admission/Supplementary information form if they are instructed to do so in the VTAC course entry.
*Except for Graduate Entry Teaching, please see the VU Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education direct admission/supplementary information form for information about how to apply.
