Victoria University uses units of study from the Electrotechnology National Training Package to train Electricians to meet the requirements of the National Broadband Network. Once these requirements are met students can gain accreditation as a National Broadband Network Installer.

Participants need to have completed the Open Cable Data Licence (CPR) course.
