Course Objectives

Students will develop skills required to facilitate programs for young people through a range of community based programs designed to address the social, behavioural, health, welfare, developmental and protection needs of young people.

To qualify for the qualification participants must successfully complete a total of 16 units of study, comprising of 11 core units and 5 elective units in accordance with the packaging rules specified in CHC08 Community Services Training Package.

What's a unit?

A unit or 'subject' is the actual class you'll attend in the process of completing a course.
