Engineering - Alternative Entry
On this page
Gain entry to one of the Engineering courses at Victoria University. Our Alternative Entry Program is an opportunity for students:
- who may not have studied mathematics and physics pre-requisites at Year 12 level or
- who have studied required mathematics at Year 12 level but did not achieve appropriate study scores to enable them to satisfy the entrance requirements for an Engineering course.
The program is available to current Year 12 students only. You are expected to study alternative mathematics or physics units in addition to the main stream engineering units in the first year of the course. At the end of first semester, your progress will be reviewed and you may transfer to the engineering course of your choice.
