Course Objectives
This qualification will provide the skills required for those involved in managing projects of any magnitude. It is also suitable for those currently at management level wanting to enhance their skills in the project management area. The course aims to provide the ability to lead, plan, and execute projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Project management is applicable across all industries and businesses large and small.
