Course Objectives
This qualification provides well-developed administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

What's a unit?
A unit or 'subject' is the actual class you'll attend in the process of completing a course.
Most courses have a mixture of compulsory 'core' units that you need to take, and optional 'elective' units that you can choose to take based on your area of interest, expertise or experience.
Admission Information
- TAFE: Not Applicable
- Year 12: Successful completion of VCE or equivalent.
- International: IELTS level 5.5
- Mature: VTAC or Direct Entry Written Application
- Other: Applicants will be assessed by the Selection officer as being capable of successfully completing the course. You may receive recognition of prior learning based on skills and knowledge acquired through previous study, as in articulation, informal or formal learning or from work and/or life experience.
