Course Objectives

The course provides training in building theory and surveying related to residential, industrial and commercial buildings. Graduates will have developed specialist skills and knowledge in plan preparation, estimating scheduling, construction technology OH&S, site supervision, surveying, cost control, business management, development control, surveying procedures and practices.

Units and electives

43 units of competency are required for award of this qualification.

    You need to complete all extra requirements by the given dates, otherwise your application may not be considered.
