We provide free and confidential support and assistance to help you develop practical skills to better manage your time, money and personal issues. We help you develop strategies to concentrate on your studies and get the most out of university life.

Our staff can link you with support services in the community for drugs and alcohol abuse, women's issues, cultural support, tax return help and agencies including Consumer Affairs.
We can assist you with:
- finding accommodation
- applying for a student loan
- VET FEE-HELP/HECS-HELP support
- applying for grants and scholarships
- managing your study and living related costs
- paying enrolment fees by applying for fee extensions.

Referral for free legal advice is available to students on a wide range of issues from the following services:
