In addition to our 25x25m swimming pool, we have multiple group exercise studios, three multi purpose courts for basketball, netball, badminton and volleyball, as well as a spinning room and dance studio.

Opening times

The Footscray Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre is open at the following times, however facilities can be hired outside these times.

Health club

• Monday to Thursday: 6am to 10pm
• Friday: 6am to 8pm
• Saturday: 8am to 5pm
• Sunday: 9am to 5pm

Swimming pool

• Monday to Thursday: 6am to 8:45pm
• Friday: 6am to 7:45pm
• Saturday: 8am to 3pm
• Sunday: 9am to 3pm

Closure dates

The centre is closed on public holidays and over the Christmas period. Please refer to the academic calendar for a full list of dates the University is closed.

Inflatable obstacle course hire

18m inflatable obstacle course at Footscray Park

If you're looking for something different for your next children's party, staff function, swimming carnival or school group, why not try our 18 metre inflatable obstacle course?

The obstacle course is available for hire in 2013 for:

• 1 hour - $157
• 2 hours - $205
• 3 hours - $252

Individuals must be able to swim 25 metres at a 2 metre depth in order to use the obstacle course.
