Student Service Centres provide you with face to face customer service to help you access services, advice and information in an easy and convenient way.
All Student Service Centres have computers for you to view your student record through STUDENT CONNECT (accessed via MYVUPortal).

Student Service Centre
We can help you with general enquiries and refer you to specific services that you may need.
Student Service Centres are located at the following campuses:
- Footscray Park
- St Albans
- Flinders Street (VUHQ)
- City King
- Sunshine
- Footscray Nicholson
Information Centres are located at our Melton and Werribee campuses.
Student Hubs
The Footscray Park, St Albans and Flinders Street (VUHQ) Student Service Centres are the major service hubs for students and will continue to provide full service. They can help you with general enquiries, refer you to specific services that you may need and provide on the spot student administration services such as:
- amending your enrolment details
- changing your personal details
- accepting payment for fees
- issuing or updating your student ID card (if you choose not to do this online)
Services available at a Student Service Centre
You can also visit a Student Service Centres for:
- academic transcripts
- a course application form
- an application to graduate
- course information
- course withdrawals
- enrolments
- fee extensions
- leave of absence
- travel concession cards
- enquiries about other student support services including advice and counselling, employment services, housing services, student equity and disability support.

* If you want to pay your fees at a Student Service Centre you can use:
- Cash or EFTPOS at Footscray Park, St Albans or City Flinders
- EFTPOS only at City King, Newport, Sunshine and Footscray Nicholson
- Melton and Werribee do not accept payments.
Information Centres
Information Centres are located at the Werribee and Melton campuses. These Information Centres can help you with general enquiries and refer you to specific services that you may need. You can access:
- academic transcripts
- a range of forms including a course application form and application to graduate
- course information
- commonly used forms that will be forwarded for processing
- information relating to fee extensions
- travel concession card
- enquiries about other student support services including advice and counselling, employment services, housing services, student equity and disability support
- a campus map and directions around the campus.
Student administration forms can be lodged at the Information Centre and staff will forward your forms for processing.

If you are unable to get to a Student Service Centre, you can phone the Student Contact Centre on 9919 6100 or ask a question online via ASKVU. A chat option is also available to you Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week between 10am and 8pm
