VenU restaurant
Located at VU's Footscray Nicholson Campus, VenU Restaurant is a 120-seat state-of-the art training restaurant. Built in consultation with industry leaders, the facilities include commercial sized training kitchens with individual stainless steel work stations and the latest cooking equipment, two theatre-style demonstration kitchens, a training bar and multimedia laboratories.

Training restaurant

VU students studying for Certificates in Restaurant Operations, Kitchen Operations or Commercial Cookery use the training restaurant as a real time learning experience. Our Diploma and Advanced Diploma Hospitality Management students also play a key role on the operations of VenU.
