The Sir Zelman Cowen Centre has three rooms available for hire at its Queen St premises.

Rooms for hire
Potential clients (both external and internal) can hire these rooms on a casual or ad hoc basis for courses, seminars, meetings, training or other functions.
Seminar Room
Plenary Room
Holds up to 16 people. Equipment includes a TV, DVD, video recorder and white board.
Seminar Room
Holds up to 28 people. Equipment includes a laptop computer, overhead projector and data projector. It also has audio capabilities, if required.
Judges Lounge
Judges Common Room
Visitors can relax in the Judges Common Room, which is equipped with a phone and an upright piano. The room can also be hired for functions such as corporate sit-down meals, cocktail parties and book launches.
All rooms are fully carpeted and air conditioned.
Catering
Our industrial-sized kitchen is suitable for both internal and external catering. It has stainless steel appliances and bench tops, microwave, dishwasher plus standalone fridge and freezer.

If the Cowen Centre arranges catering on your behalf, a 10% surcharge will be added to the costs. Tea and coffee will be charged at $2.50 per head.
