Dr Matt Harvey

Matt has been studying football since 1972 and is a Carlton supporter.

Matt's primary expertise is in constitutional law and European Union law and he is able to apply this expertise to the study of football, especially its governance and politics.

Matt delivered a research seminar 'Football and Law' in 2008. He is currently working on a project 'The Constitution of Sports' which examines the ownership and governance of sports such as football, basketball and motor racing.
