The Offshore Student Administration Unit provides student administration services for all offshore programs for both Higher Education and Vocational Education Further Education. The University has partnerships with several organisations to enable programs to be delivered in offshore teaching sites in:

Offshore Student Enrolment Information
OSA has produced a guidebook for VU students studying at overseas locations. The guidebook is designed to assist students with practical and relevant information about student administration matters. Each student studying at an overseas site is provided with a copy of the guidebook when enrolled.

Offshore students can view their enrolment details and results via the MYVU Portal.
An Enrolment Confirmation Notice and student ID card will be issued to higher education and TAFE students after the Enrolment Form is received and processed by our office. Students should check the details on the Enrolment Confirmation Notice carefully. It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that their enrolment details are accurate. For the record to be amended an official Victoria University form must be completed by the student. Students who change their name, address or contact details must complete an Amendment to Personal Details form.

Academic Transcripts
Students studying at an offshore site will receive an Academic Transcript each year of their enrolment. A student can obtain additional copies of their Academic Transcript by completing a Request for Academic Transcript Form available on the Most Commonly Used Forms page (link above). The cost of multiple copies of an Academic Transcript is $10 Australian dollars for the first copy and $5 Australian dollars for each subsequent copy. Payment can be made to GOSA by bank cheque/draft or by credit card.
VU Library services for offshore students
The VU Library provides access to its electronic services and resources for VU students enrolled in offshore programs. The Offshore Library Website http://w2.vu.edu.au/library/offshore provides access to the VU Library Catalogue (e-books, electronic journals and internet publications), Journal article database, Electronic lecture notes/examinations, general reference resources and research guides.
Offshore Graduation Ceremonies:
In 2008, Offshore graduation ceremonies were held in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Beijing. Offshore graduation dates and venues are displayed on the Schedule of Dates page.
