Wheelchair basketball

Wheelchair Basketball is back - and this time we are running it at two locations! You will be guided by people with disability who will share their stories and lead us in a unique, engaging activity!

Learn directly from people with disability, then learn and play a game of wheelchair basketball, facilitated by Wheel Talk. The session runs for an hour and is sure to be informative, interesting and fun!  

Times & locations

• Wednesday 5 August 12noon-1pm at Footscray Nicholson campus (basketball courts, Level 5, Building D)
• Wednesday 19 August 11am-12noon at Footscray Park campus (basketball courts, Level 1, Building L). Note: this timing was moved from 10-11am for scheduling reasons.  

Register to ensure your place!  You can come for the talk without playing the game; whether you have a turn in the chairs or not, it will be fun to watch!
