Applications are now open for VU's Got Talent 2026!

The VU Postgraduate Association (VUPA), the VU International Student Association (VU ISA), thrive*, and Student Life invite Victoria University students, staff, and alumni to showcase their talents. Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, perform comedy, magic, beatboxing, poetry, or have another unique talent, we want to see you shine!

• Applications close: 5:00 pm Wednesday 30 September 2026.
• Grand final: Wednesday 14 October 2026

How to enter

Auditions are happening online. 

• Complete the registration form.
• Submit a video audition (maximum 3 minutes) using a shareable link (Google Drive, YouTube, OneDrive, or Dropbox).
• The organising committee will review all entries and shortlist finalists to perform live at the Grand Final.

The Grand Final 

The Grand Final will take place Wednesday 14 October 2026 from 11:00 am onwards. This will be on campus at Building P Courtyard, Footscray Park Campus, Victoria University. 

Only shortlisted finalists will be invited to perform at the Grand Final.

Prizes 

Prizes for students:

• 1st place: $300 and trophy
• 2nd place: $250 and trophy
• 3rd place: $200 and trophy
• People's Choice Award: $200

Staff and alumni category winners will also be recognised with prizes.
