Student Service Centres provide you with face to face customer service to help you access services, advice and information in an easy and convenient way. We can help you with general enquiries, refer you to specific services that you may need and provide on the spot student administration services such as amending your enrolment details, change your personal details, accept payment for enrolment fees, provide you with your results and issue or update your student ID card.

• payment student activities and trips
• travel concession cards
• VUSU membership
• enquiries about other student support services including advice and counselling, employment services, housing services, student equity and disability support.

We have computers available at all 10 centres so you can access your student record via MYVU (student portal) and find information on our website.
