The Faculty of Workforce Development delivers courses through its four schools covering business, finance, health, community services, creative media, information technology, sport and science.

Start a career with courses in health care, ambulance, aged care, children's services, nursing, community services, disability and youth work. -
Sport and Science
Gain skills and knowledge in the sport and science industries. Our courses cover sport and recreation, coaching, fitness, massage and animal studies.
Workforce Development offers a range of services including:
- nationally accredited courses ranging from Certificates I to IV, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas
- skills development for pre-apprentices, apprentices and trainees and currently employed people
- labour market retraining programs
Flexible teaching

Workplace training
Proactive on-the-job training and flexible teaching and learning options are provided. This allows enterprises to use both the University and their workplaces to access learning that complements their training schedules and work patterns.
Workforce Development maintains close links with industry, and bases its courses on industry endorsed competency standards.
