The Faculty of Technical and Trades Innovation brings together the best facilities and industry experts to provide lifelong learning opportunities across trade, technical and para-professional courses in Construction Industries, Engineering & Industrial Training and Service Industries.

Our training programs support industry growth and workforce development in skills that are critical to our economy and community.  Our clients range from self-employed tradespeople with a sole apprentice, to government agencies and multi-nationals with a broad range of workforce development needs.

TradeApps - repowering apprenticeships

Our commitment to apprentice training includes a significant investment in TradeApps, a unique, modern, quality assured and flexible approach to trades training that enhances our relationships and engagement with employers and apprentices. We are implementing TradeApps across our 12 apprenticeships areas.

Construction Apprentices

TTI programs are highly regarded by industry for their innovative approach to skills development. We offer:

  • nationally accredited courses ranging from Certificates I to IV, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas
  • skills development for pre-apprentices, apprentices, trainees and current workers
  • skills recognition (recognition of prior learning) including temporary worker and general skilled migration visa assessments
  • tailored workforce development for enterprises in Victoria, Australia and internationally
