Free VCE revision lecture
Every year VU offers a series of free VCE Lectures to help students prepare for their exams and final assessments.
The VCE Lecture Series consists of preparatory lectures designed to assist Year 12 students in getting ready for their Year 12 assessments. These lectures are offered free of charge and are delivered by qualified VCE assessors and teachers. Get the edge and come along to Victoria University’s 2012 VCE Lecture Series.

Biology Revision Lecture
Lecturer Kevin O'Leary will present a Biology preparatory lecture on Molecules of Life and Detecting and Responding. Kevin is an experienced VCE Biology teacher, state reviewer of biology and assessor of exam papers.

Physics Revision Lecture
Dr John Nicholson has been a teaching science, maths and computing for the past 32 years. He is currently the Head of Physics at Melbourne Grammar School and has been a VCAA Physics assessor for the past 20 years. He has published a number of Physics and Mathematics texts and has been the senior writer of the STAV series of trial exams for the last 22 years.

Chemistry Revision Lecture
Philip has been teaching Chemistry for more than 30 years, and is currently located at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School. He has been a VCE Chemistry assessor since 2005, and presented the Chemistry Revision Lecture for the Kwong Lee Dow Program at Melbourne University last September. He has written several chemistry-related articles for Lab Talk (the journal of the Science Teachers Association of Victoria), the most notorious of which was titled "Sex on the Periodic Table" (referring to the gender of the Chemical Elements, of course; what else?). He has also presented at Chemistry Conferences on the topic "Chemistry Songs and Jokes".

Accounting Revision Lecture
Lecturer Neville Box is currently Principal of Victoria University Secondary College Brimbank Campus and has taught VCE Accounting since 1981.
Neville is the author of VCE Accounting texts for both Year 11 and Year 12 studies and has written the revision text for Year 12 Accounting, ‘Exam busters.’ He regularly presents revision lectures to VCE students and professional development seminars to practicing teachers.
