Prior study requirements
All applicants must provide:
- Certified evidence of completion of units (or equivalent competencies): BSBLEG314 Protect information in a legal services environment; BSBLEG423 Conduct simple legal research; and BSBLEG424 Support the drafting of complex legal document.
or
- Completion of BSBSS00106 Introduction to Paralegal Services Skill Set
or
- Completion of BSB40620 Certificate IV in Legal Services
Applicants must complete to determine suitability:
- Pre-training Review (PTR)
- Literacy and numeracy assessment.
Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee you entry into this course.
Some courses receive more applications than the number of places available. In this situation we will also assess your education, work and other relevant experience.
