Bicycle hubs
Bicycle parking is available at all VU campuses.
Our City, Footscray Park, Footscray Nicholson and Sunshine campuses have bicycle hubs with showers, lockers for your clothing and secure bike parking.

Cost of using the hubs
You'll need an access fob to use our bike hubs. You can use the same fob at Footscray Park, Footscray Nicholson and City Tower campuses).
Access fobs and locker keys require separate deposits.
- Access fob deposit: $25 (required).
- Locker key deposit: $25 (optional).
If you already have a bike hub access fob and just want to apply for a locker key, or if you'd like a locker key at another bike hub, please complete the bike hub application form.

The City Tower bike hub is located in a secured area on Basement 01.
It has parking space for 248 bikes, including charging stations for E-bikes.
A female (room CTB108) and male (room CTB107) shower facility including hairdryers and straighteners along with 92 lockers adjacent to the bike parking.
Each locker has a smart digital lock for daily use and automatically unlocks at midnight each night.
Deposit refunds
You can get your deposit back when you:
- submit a bike hub deposit refund form
- return the access fob and locker key (if you had one) to the Security office or the Facilities Service Desk at Footscray Park Campus, Room E101.

TravelSmart Maps containing cycling routes near the VU campuses are available from VUHQ at Footscray Nicholson and Footscray Park.
