Build essential reading, writing, numeracy and computer skills with the Certificate III in General Education for Adults (22692VIC) at Victoria University.

Course structure

To be awarded 22692VIC Certificate III in General Education for Adults, learners must successfully complete a total of 8 units comprising:

1 core unit

4 core skills Reading / Writing / Numeracy and Mathematics

3 Special Interest electives, which can be selected from:

• units listed in the Special Interest Electives, which have not previously been completed, and / or

• Core Skills Reading, Writing and Numeracy & Mathematics units from the 22692VIC Certificate III in General Education for Adults, or the 22691VIC Certificate II in General Education for Adults, which have not previously been completed, and / or

• units which are first packaged in AQF level 3 or 4 qualifications in nationally endorsed training packages or accredited courses

Course delivery

You need to attend classes 3 days per week, between approximately 9am–2:30pm.

You are required to dedicate up to 6 hours per week for completing independent study, including eLearning activities and assessments.
