Looking to join the vibrant hospitality industry?

Before you pour your first beer or mix your first drink you are required by law to complete an approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) program.

VU offers a government certified, industry approved course where you will learn the essentials of alcohol service:

  • facts about alcohol
  • who is responsible for RSA
  • problems associated with excessive consumption alcohol
  • handling difficult customers.

All participants who complete the course will be awarded the Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate which is required to work in a licensed premises.
