The course participants will not only gain the knowledge of the ITIL® framework but, upon the completion of the course, will be able to integrate its principles into modern Service Management practice.

This workshop is specifically design to prepare participants to gain the internationally recognised ITIL® Foundation Certificate v3 examination to be held at the end of the course.

The ITIL® Qualifications Scheme

Course includes:

  • Work-based practical activities and discussions.
  • An ITIL interactive training simulator providing participants with a dynamic way to accelerate their IT Service Management knowledge. It is an engaging and highly effective learning experience.
  • The formal examination will be held at the end of the course. The ITIL® Foundation Certificate will be awarded to participants who achieve a 65% passing grade (26 out of 40 questions).
