The ITIL® Qualifications Scheme
Course includes:
- Work-based practical activities and discussions.
- An ITIL interactive training simulator providing participants with a dynamic way to accelerate their IT Service Management knowledge. It is an engaging and highly effective learning experience.
- The formal examination will be held at the end of the course. The ITIL® Foundation Certificate will be awarded to participants who achieve a 65% passing grade (26 out of 40 questions).
