  Application for leave of absence – international students use this form to apply for a leave of absence.

  Use this form to apply to undertake subjects at another institution that will contribute to the completion of your VU course.

Refunds are processed centrally by the ECA Refunds team for all refund applications.

The Refund of international student fees application form must be completed and forwarded, in the first instance, to [email protected] .

VU Brisbane student refund requests are processed according to the VU International Refund Policy.

  Onshore students use this form if you are studying in Australia, are unable to submit the online version of the form and any of your assessment is impacted due to illness or other circumstances.
  Your medical practitioner or treating professional must also complete the Treating Professional Supporting Documentation form to support your application for special consideration.
