Overview

The minor in Quantity Surveying explores in more depth professional quantity surveying practices over the course of building construction process. The focus of this specialist area is on the professional quantity surveying practices, digital and intelligent construction methods, interpreting building and construction legislation, codes and standards for residential and commercial buildings, environmentally sustainable building services and energy efficient buildings and cities of tomorrow.

Unit set structure

For a minor study students must complete forty-eight (48) credit points of study, comprising:

  • Four (4) Specialist Area units.
