About
Danni Watson-Moore is an early childhood educator and university academic with experience across teaching, leadership and management roles in early childhood education and care. She has worked in a range of settings, supporting children, families and educators through practice-informed and relational approaches to learning.
Danni is currently engaged in higher education, where she lectures across undergraduate and postgraduate early childhood programs. Her teaching focuses on supporting pre-service teachers to connect theory, policy and practice, with an emphasis on reflective practice and professional identity development.
She has extensive experience mentoring pre-service teachers both within university contexts and in early childhood classrooms. Working across these spaces enables her to support emerging educators to translate learning into authentic and meaningful teaching practice.
Danni holds a Master of Education and is committed to inclusive, community-oriented practice. She has a strong interest in sustainability and play-based learning and is passionate about supporting educators to engage thoughtfully with contemporary early childhood contexts.
